It’s been a minute!!!

Hey, everyone! I haven’t been blogging for a lil while. I don’t know if I’ve kinda lost my love for makeup, or just the hype of it went away. I still DO love makeup, though. My looks have been very simple, lately. I’m REALLY into lipsticks, now. I haven’t worn glosses in a lil’ while. I love the bold lip look. A thought that has been on my mind recently is my regret of diving into wearing so many colors on the lid. I think I did that because when I first came across the makeup world on the Internet, that’s what I saw everyone doing…so I kinda felt like I had to do the same. Like that’s the only way to be fierce?! ‘Know what I mean?  But as much as I love wearing bright and bold eye shadow colors, I realized that simplicity is best. There’s nothing wrong with neutral colors, and there’s nothing wrong with wearing many shades of one color (meaning different shades of blue on the eyelid). I’m going back to do things more simple…and then I can build my way up. But yea, thanks for reading my semi-rant, hahaha!

Anyway, I wanted to post a look that I wore this past Saturday. This look is pretty bold since it breaks the makeup rules. (Dark eyes and red lips)
